Why is it we, well mostly me, continually need simple little reminders?
How dagblasted crazy it makes me when I allow myself to completely fall into 'silly human girl fit' feelings. Yesterday, I called a friend and totally dumped all these feelings onto her. Part of me wants to place the noose of guilt around myself for doing so because after I spilled it all out it sounded so ridiculous, it sounded so silly (silly human girl). But, it was exactly what I needed, to simply say it out loud, release my feelings freely albeit one sided (my side), what I needed was to throw a 'silly human girl fit'. Then, what I needed is exactly what I received, my friend listened with grace and tenderness and said, "your feelings are valid." (I'm sure she also thought to herself, "...valid but silly"). Then, I stopped and prayed, which is also exactly what needed to happen, followed by an out pouring of gratitude. Gratitude for my friend, my husband, my family, our family, this glorious, beautiful, oft time silly human girl life of mine. And then, I came across this little video...

Oh those wonderful simple little reminders which seem to flow so serendipitously into our (my) life. This time mixed with a large dose of Ho'oponopono
